Selection Process for THDC Recruitment 2025
The Management reserves the right to apply a multi-stage selection process, which may include shortlisting of applications, screening, assessment of post-qualification experience and other assessments such as written computer test and interview depending on the requirements.
- If the number of applicants is less than 60, only interview will be conducted.
- If the number of applicants is more than 60, both written test and interview will be conducted.
Salary Details THDC Engineer and Executives 2025
The selected candidates will have to undergo a probation period of 1 year. On successful completion of the probation period, candidates selected for Engineer and Executive posts in E-2 grade will receive a basic pay of Rs 50,000 with a hike of Rs 50,000 – 3% – to a pay scale of Rs 1,60,000.
