The question paper will be divided into three sections: Physics and Chemistry, each with 45 questions, and Biology, which will have 90 questions.

The revised NEET UG 2025 exam pattern is as follows:

NTA had earlier announced that the NEET 2025 exam will be conducted offline in pen-and-paper format on a single day and in a single shift.
Also, the earlier notification required candidates to link an APAAR ID with their NEET registration form to improve transparency and prevent impersonation. However, the latest update from NTA clarifies that providing APAAR ID is no longer mandatory for submitting NEET UG 2025 application form.
